$ICP is up 7.2% today after DFINITY put the UN Development Programme on its customer list.

per DFINITY, the two signed an agreement to bring sovereign cloud and agentic AI to public infrastructure. the UNDP says it runs programs in more than 170 countries and has helped build digital public infrastructure in over 25 of them. that's a distribution channel ICP has never really had.

same week, DFINITY shipped OpenSaaS, a business software suite it says is free forever with no per-seat fees. that's them talking, not a review, but it's a running product and not a slide.

the knock on $ICP for years has been real tech that nobody outside the forum actually uses. a government-facing deal plus a shipped suite is the first honest answer to that in a long time. i think this week matters.

right now $ICP trades around $2.67, sitting between the $2.72 high of the day and the $2.45 low. if it holds $2.45, i think the UNDP news gives it a real shot at clearing $2.72 and running. if it loses $2.45, i'm wrong here and there's nothing to defend, and anyone long from this bounce is riding a fade back into the $2.40s.

holding $2.45 or losing it?
