🔥 The probability of a rate hike has risen to 57%, yet BTC is still holding above $80K.

I think this signal matters more than whether BTC is up 1% or down 1% today.

Last week’s strong U.S. jobs data has led the market to start betting again that:

The Fed may hike rates again in September.

The normal logic should be:

Higher rate expectations
→ Higher U.S. Treasury yields
→ A stronger dollar
→ Pressure on risk assets

But right now, there’s an interesting divergence:

The dollar has not strengthened significantly.

And $BTC is still holding above $80K.

This suggests the market is not simply in Risk-On or Risk-Off mode.

Instead, it’s waiting for the next card:

INFLATION.

Oil prices are still elevated.

If energy prices continue to push inflation expectations higher, the Fed may be forced to maintain a more hawkish stance.

But if inflation data starts to ease—

then market expectations for liquidity could quickly reverse again.

At that point, the roles of BTC, ETH, and BNB are different too:

🟠 BTC: testing whether $80K is real support or just emotional support

🟣 ETH: watching whether institutional funds spread back out

🟡 BNB: watching whether high-beta capital is still willing to stay in the market

Especially $BNB.

A few days ago, BNB briefly broke above $770, clearly outperforming many major assets.

If macro pressure returns in the coming days and BNB still remains relatively strong—

that’s the signal truly worth paying attention to.

So this week I won’t just be watching the candlesticks.

I’m paying more attention to:

The dollar.

U.S. Treasury yields.

Oil prices.

Inflation data.

Because what BTC is really facing right now may not be $80K.

It may be:

Which direction the next wave of global liquidity is heading.
