Nvidia agreed to acquire the Hugging Face platform, specialized in sharing and running open-source artificial intelligence models, for $12.93 billion.

500 thousand datasets
1 million applications
more than 200 thousand companies using it.
The CEO of Nvidia confirmed that Hugging Face will remain open and will continue to support cloud services, hardware, and models from other companies and developers.
📌 The deal started with a proposal from Hugging Face, after the company saw that open-source AI needs greater resources and scale.
Finance ministers and central bank governors of the Group of Twenty (G20) approved that digital assets can play a "transformative role" in global economic growth.
📋 They agreed to establish a clear regulatory framework, while discussing the risks of stablecoins in cross-border transfers, in addition to applying FATF standards to combat money laundering and terrorist financing.
