Tonight’s plan is to submit U.S. stock orders on Binance, so the schedule should allow some flexibility. The official maintenance window is September 5, Beijing time, from 18:50 to 22:00, and it is already within this period; 22:00 is only the planned end time, and the announcement allows for an earlier completion or an extension.

The upgrade comes from the partner broker. According to the announcement, stock trading orders cannot be submitted during maintenance, and service will resume automatically after completion. The scope of impact is listed as U.S. stock services; this cannot be extended to all spot or futures trading being suspended. The announcement does not explain what happens to existing orders, so I will not speculate.

My judgment: placing orders should follow the official recovery status. This is the arrangement announced yesterday and now in effect within today’s window; I have not tested the current outage status by placing an order. If the official confirmation of recovery comes early, this waiting notice ends accordingly. Related services may also not be available in your region.

If 22:00 arrives and recovery is still not confirmed, will you keep waiting for the official status, or place this order according to the original time plan?
