The Polish parliament has just failed to overturn the veto on the cryptocurrency bill, pushing the market into a legal gray area just as the operator of the Zondacrypto exchange faces a criminal investigation (along with information about the disappearance of a cold wallet containing 4,500 BTC).
At the time of writing, $BTC is under correction pressure around $79,593.3 (-1.94% in 24h), temporarily losing the psychological $80,000 level. From my level-hunting perspective, the $79,000 - $80,000 zone is a life-or-death battleground. If $BTC cannot hold firm and close decisively below this threshold, a breakdown scenario that sweeps liquidity lower could be triggered. Conversely, the bulls need a decisive breakout back above $80,500 to neutralize the selling pressure.
Catching a falling knife with high leverage at this moment carries very high risk. I prefer to reduce position size, watch the price reaction, and always place a tight stop loss.
