[$BTC Evening Recap | September 5]

Today, I was wrong.

Last night, I was firmly convinced: BTC rebounded strongly from 77,000 to 81,270, momentum was sufficient, and today it was likely to challenge 82,500 or even break through 83,000. I was betting on the bullish trend continuing.

The result — today’s high only reached 81,428, then it reversed, hit a low of 78,660, and is now closing around 79,589, losing nearly $1,700 in a single day, a drop of about 2%.

Admitting a mistake isn’t hard. What’s hard is figuring out exactly where the judgment went wrong:

Yesterday’s rebound was an oversold correction, not a trend reversal. I misread a sharp rise as the start of further gains, while ignoring that the 81,000–81,500 range was already a densely trapped area from earlier, where resistance had long been there. I didn’t take it seriously enough.

But there is one thing I don’t regret: my judgment on the 78,500–79,000 support zone was correct. Today’s low of 78,660 found support and stabilized right at the lower edge of that range, without collapsing further.

The most important level tomorrow: 79,000

This is the recent three-day high-volume center and also today’s closing gravity point.
Hold 79,000 → after consolidation, there is a chance to retest 80,500
Break below 79,000 → next support shifts to 77,500, and reassessment will be needed

No matter how the market moves today, every mistaken call is a more honest lesson. I’ll keep watching the charts tomorrow and keep iterating.
