Don’t rush to look at the market yet—this is more important than price moves.

The SEC approved new rules from the Nasdaq Texas branch, officially defining BTC, ETH, XRP, and SOL as "digital commodities" in black and white.

Note, this is not a verbal statement, but an official document numbered 34-106268, directly written into exchange rules 📜

More importantly, the part after that: the commodity trust framework has been loosened, and funds can allocate up to 15% of their positions to new assets that have not yet fully met the requirements.

BTC + ETH + XRP + SOL inside the same trust? In the past, that was unthinkable 🧺

In March, the SEC and CFTC had already classified these four major coins; this time, it is effectively officially implemented at the exchange level 🏛️

Looking further ahead, the CLARITY Act still has to pass the Senate in September. This regulatory chess game is clearly speeding up ⚡

📌 The SEC has officially classified BTC/ETH/XRP/SOL as digital commodities, and the door to multi-asset basket trusts is opening.
