#美联储何时降息? Now that Binance has listed U.S. stocks, there are more and more trading instruments and opportunities. My watchlist includes crypto, tech, and traditional consumer stocks. Every day I spend time checking them one by one, with the hope that if one side is dim, another will shine.

After observing for this period of time, the instrument I’m recommending today is Microsoft — short Microsoft.

Since Microsoft’s violent rally after the last earnings release, it has been consolidating at a high level for nearly a month. When it first broke above 500 a while ago, I also shorted a position to catch the pullback. Overall, it was still relatively strong, and Fibonacci only retraced to 0.236. So why continue to short now?

Reasons to short:
1. The daily chart has likely completed a full 5-wave uptrend.
2. The weekly RSI shows a bearish divergence at the top, and buying volume has been steadily shrinking.
3. In particular, the second rebound on the daily chart failed to break the previous high of 517.93, and a large bearish candle appeared. This is a relatively high-probability short-term topping signal.
4. Chasing long positions now is definitely riskier than shorting.
5. Instruments like Microsoft are suitable for more conservative traders. They move more gradually, giving you room to think, take profits, or exit whether you’re right or wrong. They are not like crypto or storage-related names, where sharp surges and crashes can easily affect judgment and decision-making.

At present, you can open a starter position, but the 1-hour chart is severely oversold, so wait for a rebound before adding more. Set the stop-loss just above the previous high, around 520.

I usually build positions in five steps. I always need to go through the process and verify my analysis. For now, I’ve opened an initial position of about 2000u. From here, I’ll leave it to time.
