Dear Binance community members,
Binance will support the distribution of Western Digital (WDC) and NVIDIA (NVDA) cash dividends via bStocks for WDCB and NVDAB holders. The net amount of cash dividends, after withholding applicable taxes, fees, expenses, and other deductions, will be reinvested into additional units or fractional parts of the same underlying security. Dividends will be credited to eligible users in the form of WDCB and NVDAB bStocks respectively.
Holders of WDCB and NVDAB on-chain will receive bStocks dividends through multiplier adjustments.
Eligibility
Users who hold WDCB at the snapshot time as of 08.09.2026 00:00 (UTC) will be eligible to receive dividends.
Users who hold NVDAB at the snapshot time as of 10.09.2026 00:00 (UTC) will be eligible to receive dividends.
Overview
WDCB/USDT and NVDAB/USDT trading will not be affected.
WDCB:
At 04.09.2026 23:30 (UTC), the token conversion service for the 1:1 exchange between WDC shares and WDCB bStocks will be suspended.
At 07.09.2026 23:30 (UTC), deposits and withdrawals of WDCB tokens will be suspended. Please make sure you have enough time for the full processing of WDCB token deposits before this time.
NVDAB:
At 09.09.2026 23:30 (UTC), the token conversion service for the 1:1 exchange between NVDA shares and NVDAB bStocks will be suspended.
At 09.09.2026 23:30 (UTC), deposits and withdrawals of NVDAB will be suspended. Please make sure you have enough time for the full processing of NVDAB deposits before this time.
Deposits, withdrawals, and the token conversion service for WDCB and NVDAB will resume after the distribution is completed. No further announcement will be made. If available, users may also subscribe to recovery notifications.
Dividends received from assets held in other accounts will be credited to the Spot Account, including but not limited to the Deposit Account, Margin Account, etc.
Binance will complete all technical requirements for users participating in this event.
Reinvestment and dividend distribution are carried out after withholding tax at source.
