I just saw this on Binance: ZEC/USDT at 1,011.83 USDT, i.e. 869.59€, +21.90% today!
Look at the numbers from my screenshot:
- 24h Low: 827.58 USDT, we gained more than 180 USDT in just a few hours
- 24h Volume: 276.50 Million USDT and 295,488 ZEC traded
- MA60 at 981.02, we’re back above it—bullish signal
- And over time: +24.99% over 7 days, +99.90% over 30 days, +413.28% over 180 days, and +2,332.26% over 1 year!
So what is ZEC?
ZEC is Zcash, a privacy-focused crypto. Unlike BTC where everyone can see your transactions, Zcash enables shielded, private transactions.
Why is it pumping today?
The market is talking about privacy coins again. When Bitcoin rises and regulations tighten, people turn to ZEC, MONERO, etc.
My beginner take: be careful not to FOMO. A candle up +21% like in my chart can also come down just as fast. I’m not doing a x10 margin on it. If you enter, think Spot and with a small amount.
