CRCL A single 4-hour big bullish candle moved from 89 to 102, up 14% over 24 hours. Then, for the next three candles, everything stayed horizontally above 102. Now 101.9 has already dropped back below the 50-line for 15 minutes. A violent bullish candle + stalled consolidation at the high—this is the key point I want to get into.

Crack open the futures side and look: in the last 7 hours, there were 4,922主动 sell orders versus 3,600 buy orders. The buy-side share has fallen to only 42%—the supply was swapped out at the top. Open interest rose 8.85% over 24 hours, but in the most recent 7 hours it turned and shrank—after the leverage got in and pushed that big bullish candle, it’s now pulling back.

The funding rate staying pinned at 0 says it all: the long side that’s up 14% doesn’t want to pay any premium to hold. This move has no new fuel; it’s being forced to hold on with existing liquidity. Spot large orders net inflow is also 0—there’s no big money coming in to take it. And that small chunk of “1.76x thickness” on the buy wall can’t stop the futures’主动 sell pressure.

I’m shorting CRCL from this level: enter around 101.9. If it breaks below 101, I’ll look at 99.4. If it breaks again, I’d expect a retest of the breakout base at 88–89. If I’m wrong, I’ll admit it—if it shows strength and volume supports it reclaiming 103.5 (the prior high), if the主动 buy order ratio returns to 55% or above, and if the funding rate turns positive: once any two of these conditions happen, I’ll flip long. #crcl $CRCL
