Bitcoin perpetual contracts are so hot that even the Chicago Mercantile Exchange can’t sit still?😳

CME, one of the world’s largest futures exchanges, directly filed a lawsuit against U.S. regulators in June.
It claims: Bitcoin perpetuals can be approved on the spot—did they even bypass the voting procedure of five commissioners?
Didn’t this break the century-old rules?⚔️

But regulators responded with a denial, and mocked it publicly:
“Come on—this lawsuit is just making a mountain out of a molehill!”
“You didn’t lose money at all, so you’re not eligible to sue!”
“Perpetual contracts—you could sign up for them yourself too; nobody’s stopping you!”😂

With one “a legal battle,” and one “an unreasonable complaint,” they shut it all down.
Most painful of all is that line—if you want to complain, first prove you were actually harmed.📄

Don’t just watch the big shots fight—this has everything to do with the positions in your hands.
How perpetuals are classified determines whether the U.S. market dares to move freely.
Once it’s compliant, institutions’ big money will dare to enter.💰

📌 The giant sues regulators, regulators mock them: the lawful status of Bitcoin perpetuals is still undecided.
