The CLARITY Act is entering the part where probabilities matter more than headlines. 👀

The Digital Asset Market CLARITY Act has a major Senate test coming on September 15.
And prediction markets are currently far less optimistic about the bill becoming law this year than they were earlier in 2026.

One recent snapshot had Polymarket pricing passage at only around 13%, while Kalshi gave a much higher probability to a Senate vote before October 1.

That's an important distinction:
A vote happening ≠ the bill becoming law.
The legislation is significant because it attempts to establish clearer regulatory boundaries for digital assets, including the respective roles of the SEC and CFTC.

For crypto investors, the outcome could influence:
🏦 institutional participation
🏗️ U.S. crypto development
📋 exchange compliance
💰 token classification
🌎 America's position in digital assets
So I'm not trading the prediction-market number itself.
I'm watching the actual political process.
September 15 could be a very interesting date for crypto.
