🚨 SEC JUST OPENED THE DOOR TO MORE POLITICAL INFLUENCE ON WALL STREET?

The SEC has proposed rescinding its “pay-to-play” rule that restricts investment advisers from receiving compensation from government clients for two years after certain political contributions.

If approved, this would reduce a major compliance barrier for investment advisers dealing with government entities. For crypto, it’s another signal that U.S. financial regulators may be moving toward a less restrictive regulatory environment.

That could become increasingly important for institutional adoption of digital assets and firms operating around $BTC and $ETH.

Watch the regulatory shift closely.
