Palantir Technologies shares rose 8.01% on Thursday to $183.03 after the company announced an expanded strategic alliance with PwC US, even as short-seller Michael Burry renewed his bearish case against the stock. According to BeInCrypto, the deal combines Palantir’s Foundry and Artificial Intelligence Platform with PwC’s expertise and targets an AI-native deals platform that could execute transactions up to 50% faster and cut one-time costs by up to 45%.
Burry said Palantir remains “back in the stratosphere,” disclosed that he is still short the stock and holds put options, and warned its market cap could fall well below $100 billion.
