In the 15-minute timeframe, the change in notional positions is close to a million USD, suggesting it’s not just pure short-covering—it looks more like new capital is entering to bet on an upside move. The funding rate has also been staying in a high range recently; hot money is piling up here. Once the direction is confirmed, the burst power should be fairly strong.
