1. A question that everyone is avoiding

In 2026, AI agents can already write code, do research reports, run data, edit videos, and handle design. Capability issues are basically solved.

But please seriously think about one scenario:

Your agent needs to hire another agent to help it complete one step.

Where does it go to find that agent? Why does it trust the other party? Do you pay first or pay after? If you pay first and the other party runs away, what then? If you pay after and the other party completes the work but then refuses to pay, what then? If the delivered items are not up to standard, who determines that? When both sides claim different things, who arbitrates?

You’ll find that AI’s “productivity” has already reached 2026, but AI’s “business infrastructure” is still at zero.

Human society has solved this problem for hundreds of years—building contracts, banks, escrow, credit reporting, and courts. But between agents, today there’s nothing.

This is the gap. Whoever fills this gap becomes the cashier for the agent economy.

II. What TermiX is making up for is precisely this part

TermiX’s positioning is very direct: the unified settlement and clearing layer for the agent economy.

Its core protocol is AACP (Agent Autonomous Commerce Protocol). In plain terms—it enables AI agents to do business autonomously: pick up orders, quote prices, deliver, and collect payments themselves. All without humans in the middle acting like a babysitter.

Its mainnet product is agent.family— a trustless marketplace where “agents hire agents”:

  • Post a task → you (or your agent) publishes the requirements

  • Bid and quote → verified provider agents compete to take the job

  • On-chain escrow → funds are locked in escrow; nobody can take them away

  • Delivery & settlement → once acceptance passes, USDC/USDT automatically clears

  • Reputation accumulates → each order’s performance is recorded on-chain, forming an agent’s credit history

  • Dispute arbitration → if something goes wrong, there’s an on-chain ruling mechanism, not guesswork

Pay attention to the key of this closed loop: it isn’t “yet another AI agent directory website,” and it isn’t “list a bunch of agents so you can pick.” It handles the money. The layer that handles money is always the thickest layer of value—something repeatedly verified from Alipay to Stripe to Uniswap.

III. Four hard facts you can verify yourself

I don’t like calling it storytelling. Everyone can come up with narratives—we only care about things that can be verified.

Fact one: YZi Labs invested $1 million in the seed round (May 2025).

YZi Labs is the former Binance Labs. In the BNB ecosystem, this is one of the highest-level endorsements. A $1 million seed round isn’t astronomical, but its signal value is that—very early on, this project was noticed by the ecosystem’s most core money.

Fact two: the mainnet is already live—not a PPT.

agent.family can be opened right now: connect a wallet, register an agent, post tasks, and settle with real money. In a lane where 90% of projects are still drawing roadmaps, the five words “the product is running” itself is a massive filter.

Fact three: ERC-8004 is deployed on BNB Chain and already supports 250k+ agent identities.

ERC-8004 is the standard for on-chain agent identities. BNB Chain has officially deployed it on both mainnet and testnet. TermiX directly rides on this official standard’s tailwind—meaning it’s not building a closed island. It’s building its business layer on top of a standard being actively promoted by the ecosystem’s official efforts.

“250k+” doesn’t mean “250k active agents.” It means the scale of the base identity layer has already been rolled out, and the raw materials for the business layer are in place.

Fact four: a 2% protocol fee is charged on every settlement—it has real cash flow.

This is the one I think is most underestimated.

Most so-called AI + Crypto projects have only one business model: issuing a token. TermiX’s revenue model is clear, computable, and grows linearly with transaction volume—on every task settled via agent.family, the protocol takes 2%.

There’s a product, a standard, endorsements, and revenue. Yet it hasn’t issued tokens.

IV. Why “now” is the right window

TermiX is currently in the Pre-TGE stage, and the points system Season 1 is running.

The official is very restrained in how it defines points. The exact wording is: “future utility weight on TermiX,” and it clearly states that points are not purchasable and not transferable—every single point must come from verified, settled real actions.

Let me specifically remind you of one rule that most people ignore—the commission tiers do not apply retroactively:

The new tier ratios only apply to points earned after you meet the threshold; no retroactive recalculation.

The real-world meaning of this sentence is: if you start a week later, you lose permanently the portion of earnings that you could have enjoyed the previous week at a higher tier. This isn’t marketing copy creating fake urgency. This is a rules design written in black and white—being early is already part of the rewards.

V. How exactly to do it: four-layer participation paths

I rank by “investment cost” from low to high—you can do only the first layer, or do all layers.

First layer: zero-cost start (5 minutes, 1,400 points)

Open agent.family, connect an EVM wallet, and then:

Bind X and follow @termix_ai +500 One-time; one social account counts only once platform-wide

Join Discord and verify +500 One-time

Register Client Agent +200 At most 2 agents per address

Register Provider Agent +200 Same as above

Zero cost, zero risk, 5 minutes, 1,400 points. There’s no reason not to do this layer.

Second layer: Content layer (2 posts per day, double-scoring allowed)

On X, post original content related to TermiX / AACP / agent.family / AI agent economy, then submit the link on the Points page. You can submit up to 2 posts per day. At the next UTC 00:00, points are calculated based on views, likes, comments, and reposts. After settlement, it resets to zero—so it’s something you need to post every day.

Here’s an arbitrage point most people don’t notice: TermiX is running Kaito Katalyst creator activities at the same time. For the same original content, you can (1) participate in the Kaito rankings for rewards, and (2) submit it to the Points page as a KOL Post. Post once, earn on both sides.

Third layer: real tasks (core weight)

This is the real focus of the points system:

A $100 settlement task: the client side gets 10,000 points, and the service side gets 5,000 points.

Compare it: one $100 real task ≈ the total of all social tasks combined—about 7 times.

Rule details: scoring is tiered based on the USD value of the settled amount. The client side gets the standard rate, while the service side gets half. Tasks over $1,000 have no upper limit. For higher-price tiers, the per-dollar rate is slightly lower. Only already-settled tasks count—refunds, cancellations, and expirations don’t count. Disputed orders are accounted for after the final arbitration decision.

The signal this design sends is very clear: TermiX wants real users, not bots.

And let me put the uncomfortable truth up front: the official rules are written clearly in the original text—when the same address (or the same main account) simultaneously acts on both sides of tasks, that is a sybil (woman/witch) behavior. Both sides get zero points, and already issued points are clawed back. If wash-trading is detected, the account is immediately frozen for investigation. If you want to swap on both hands, save some electricity bills.

Fourth layer: Referral layer (5% → 20%)

Number of valid invitations Commission percentage

1–9 people 5%

10–49 people 10%

50–99 people 15%

100+ people 20%

A valid invitation is defined as: the other party registers + completes at least one scoring action. Empty registrations don’t count.

VI. About my link—I've laid out the incentive relationship openly

Below is my invitation link. I’m telling you clearly: if you register through it, I can receive a referral commission of 5%–20%.

But I want you to personally verify this sentence on the official Points page:

“Your invitees keep every point they earn. TermiX mints your commission on top.” — invitees keep every point they earn; the referrer’s commission is additionally minted by TermiX.

This is the most crucial mechanism design in the entire setup: my commission isn’t taken from your points. It’s money the platform pays separately for the “new user acquisition” behavior.

So the conclusion is very straightforward: you don’t use my link, and your points won’t increase by even one. If you use my link, your points won’t decrease by even one either.

This isn’t a zero-sum game. I didn’t trick you. And you don’t have any reason not to use it conveniently.

Seven. Risk—I'm not skipping a single one.

If someone doesn’t write about risks, that’s what’s truly trying to cut you.

  • Pre-TGE means everything hasn’t been locked down yet. Token symbols currently differ across sources (TERMIX / TMT / TMX have all appeared). There are no commitments from the official on token launch timing, the points-to-token redemption ratio, or even whether tokens will ultimately be issued as expected. The official’s only characterization of points is one line: “future utility weight.” Points ≠ tokens—please don’t invent valuations on your own.

  • Don’t do real settlements beyond what you can actually afford just to farm points. Agent Jobs has high weight because it corresponds to real fund flows and the 2% protocol-fee cost. Real tasks should be “something you already need,” not “I’m forcing a need just to earn points.”

  • There’s a zeroing risk with the token-airdrop expectation itself. Hot track, good endorsements, and a real product don’t mean the token will definitely be valuable.

  • My assessment is: the first and second layers (zero-cost social + content) have the best risk-reward ratio. Do the third layer within your means. The fourth layer depends on your distribution capability.

VIII. Finally

Will AI agents need their own settlement layer? I think the answer to this question will become very obvious in the next three years.

And before the answer becomes obvious, the cost to participate is only 5 minutes and $0.

That’s the whole meaning of “early.”
