Overnight, two major developments hit at the same time.

The first is law enforcement landing on the ground. The U.S. Department of Justice, together with the FBI, moved to seize $560,000 in encrypted funds allegedly linked to Hamas, and as they went along, they took over the fundraising website of the other party. In the midst of the tight regulatory window in September, this comes out loud and clear: the signals are direct—gray-area businesses are getting harder to operate.

The second is traditional finance rushing in. Led by Goldman Sachs and Bank of America, 21 major banks are preparing to jointly launch a dollar stablecoin. This aligns with the direction of what Bessent said a few days ago: mainstream finance is no longer just watching from the sidelines, but is stepping in directly to do the dollar-stablecoin business.

$BTC is currently quoted at $76,983, down slightly by 0.33% over the past 24 hours. On the daily chart, resistance is between 76,151 and 77,767—a $1,600 range—with no breakout. If the off-exchange big banks’ stablecoin plan materializes, it will provide another exit for off-exchange U.S. dollar liquidity.
