[Observe and Learn · Beginner’s Daily Notes] September 2, 2026
Today, “CoinGecko’s trending list is being taken over by Pons (PONS) (market cap rank 140), Uniswap (UNI) (market cap rank 28), and Hyperliquid (HYPE) (market cap rank 10); Binance has a new announcement today”—hot topics change every day, but the beginner’s basic concepts won’t go out of date. It’s a good chance to write one post.
After doing content mining, the information feed gets even noisier: trending searches, breaking news, opinions, and arguments back and forth. Today I record a tip called the “overload handling method” to avoid pretending to be busy when I really haven’t learned anything.
**My three steps**
1)Pick only 1 topic per day (today is just one concept or one question)
2)Write 5–10 lines in your own words—no pasting long articles
3)Mark the “points I still don’t understand,” so tomorrow you can keep digging
**Things I intentionally do not do**
- Don’t chase every “must-see breaking” item
- Don’t treat emotional commentary as research conclusions
- Don’t learn and make heavy-position decisions within the same hour
Content can serve learning, and learning can also feed back into content.

How noisy is your information feed right now? Any filtering methods?
