I’m currently focusing on a few areas:
BNB — still an important liquidity hub.
SUI, APT — if capital further filters down to L1, these two are worth close attention.
AVAX, NEAR, SEI — after risk appetite rebounds, a catch-up move may occur.
On the DeFi front:
AAVE, UNI, CRV, PENDLE
Infrastructure:
LINK, ONDO
High-beta AI:
TAO, RENDER, FET
Of course, we can’t be blindly optimistic yet.
Because what truly weighs on the market is still there:
Macro.
Currently, U.S. Treasury yields have risen noticeably; the 10-year Treasury yield at one point reached around 4.81%. Brent crude oil has also moved back above the $95 mark, and market expectations for a Fed rate hike in September have intensified.
In this kind of environment, it’s not easy for BTC to deliver a clean, decisive breakout.
So going forward, I won’t only be watching BTC’s up-and-down moves.
I care more about two things:
Whether price breaks out.
Where the capital actually flows.
If BTC is weak, it doesn’t necessarily mean altcoins will be weak too.
What’s truly worth watching is: when BTC trades sideways or even turns weaker, which sectors can still attract capital against the trend.
That’s the real rotation.
