I.T. International (00585) said Cai Jiaying, Koji Shimazaki and Chan Hak-kan have resigned from the board, effective yesterday, according to ETNet.

Cai and Shimazaki stepped down as executive directors, while Chan resigned as an independent non-executive director and from the audit, nomination and remuneration committees. The company said all three resigned because they need to devote more time to other business commitments and confirmed there were no disagreements with the board or other matters that need to be brought to shareholders' attention.
