HYPE rallies around 50%, rising from $57 to $84, while reports indicate that the company Hyperliquid is making progress in its talks to enter the U.S. market.
According to Bloomberg, Payward, the parent company of Kraken and which holds a license from the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), is holding discussions to allow U.S. traders for the first time to trade perpetual futures linked to a blockchain.
The reports noted that on Hyperliquid’s test network, a couple of weeks ago, “an experimental decentralized trading platform (DEX) from Kraken (Kraken HIP-3)” was seen, which included control mechanisms that could support compliance with U.S. regulations.
$HYPE rose another 5% today, amid a Bloomberg report.
