JOLTS data just ticked down on both sides—quits rate dropped to 1.9%, hires rate fell to 3.2%.

This isn't panic territory, but it's worth watching. When people stop quitting, it usually means they're less confident about finding something better. When companies slow hiring, they're getting cautious.

Labor market cooling in real time. Not collapsing. Just... cooling.
