$ETH
Ethereum enters September 2026 trading around $2,452, having just broken a descending trendline that held for nearly a year, printing the cycle's first higher high. Price is testing the $2,439 Fibonacci level as key support, with a close above it opening a path toward ~$2,920. Analysts see $2,550 as the critical resistance — a break above targets $2,800, while rejection could pull ETH back toward $2,200.
Institutional demand is strong: ETH ETFs just posted two straight weeks of record inflows, BlackRock captured 78% of Ethereum ETF inflows in a single day, and Bitmine's treasury now holds nearly 5% of ETH's circulating supply. Fundstrat's Tom Lee called $6,000 a "conservative" target if Bitcoin reaches $150K.
Risk factor: September is historically ETH's weakest month, averaging -10.2% returns, so profit-taking after August's 31% rally is a real possibility.
