Can you properly diversify a portfolio if you only have $25? I decided to test it on Binance Stocks 😁

The condition is simple: the minimum purchase here is $5, so I have exactly 5 positions. And I didn’t want to just buy 5 familiar names.

I’m interested in: different sectors, large liquid companies, and the potential for further growth.

My mini-portfolio:

🚀 $5 NVIDIA — AI and semiconductors. The most aggressive bet on growth. After the latest report, the company forecasts +70% revenue for the next fiscal year.

☁️ $5 Amazon — AWS, e-commerce, and advertising. Another growth position, but with a different business model.

🏦 $5 JPMorgan — finance. A different sector and different dependence on the economic cycle.

🛢 $5 Exxon Mobil — energy. Adding exposure to oil and gas instead of yet another tech company.

🛒 $5 Walmart — consumer defensive. Here there’s less emphasis on crazy growth, more on stability.

It turned out to be 20% AI + 20% cloud/commerce + 20% finance + 20% energy + 20% defensive consumer.

I buy NVIDIA and Amazon through Binance Stocks, and I found JPMorgan, Exxon, and Walmart only in Binance Wallet.

$25 won’t make the portfolio big 😁 But as an experiment, I like it. even with a minimum amount, you can start not with a random stock, but right away with a risk-distribution logic.
