Strangely, $FF has risen to $0.1005, but there’s been less activity in the discussion area than I’d expect.

When a coin can surge onto the rankings, it’s often not that the new story is that strong—it's that emotions light the fire first.
It went from $0.08135 to $0.10166 within 24 hours. The intraday range is eye-catching. Spot trading volume is $3.85M—not particularly extreme—but futures volume has hit $16.91M, directly 4.4 times.

I’m leaning bearish on this move.
The spot trade count is 76,702, which suggests there are plenty of people, but the funding rate is only +0.0050%. There’s heat, but the chasing-high sentiment doesn’t feel hot enough to really ignite—it looks like a bunch of short-term orders repeatedly colliding.

Look at the open interest too: 384,053,352 units of $FF are sitting there, which means there are a lot of people on the bus. After that, if there’s even a bit of hesitation, volatility is likely to amplify quickly.

It’s not that it has to immediately turn around.
If more capital keeps pushing it up, $FF could also grind in the high range for a while—I admit that’s possible.
But with this structure—spot not moving too much while futures surge ahead—I personally don’t even want to touch the contracts.

So is this the start of a new round of the market, or is short-term sentiment just bringing the old names back out for another lap?
