Just now we stretched up again to the 2460 level. Previously, what Sister Luo said about 2490 was a short-term high resistance level. This is where opening short positions for a quick trade offers better value. At the moment, the market is mainly moving in a range. I’m going to lay out for everyone the possible support/resistance scenarios for the highs and lows here.

From the candlestick chart, 2490 is short-term resistance. If tonight the funds choose to bottom-fish and enter with volume to push higher, it may break above 2490 and reach the 2510 area. Once it gets here, just open a short position with a small size; if there is further upward stretch, at the 2550 level add more and short with no hesitation.

If the market opens with a sharp drop and breaks below the 2380 level, then the long side will be troublesome. Most likely it turns into a waterfall decline, and it could very possibly directly smash down to around 2300.

For Ethereum, Sister Luo’s long-standing view has been that shorts are the main play, while longs are more for grabbing the swings.

If you haven’t entered yet, you can wait. Decide again after the U.S. market opens. The simplest approach for everyone: if it rallies up tonight, then short right away; if it drops and effectively breaks below 2380, then you can chase the trade.
