Saylor is back! Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) has made another move, buying more than 4,600 bitcoins in one go, spending $370 million, at an average price just over $80,000. This action landed as BTC held steady at $78,600 and was up more than 1% over the past 24 hours.

What’s interesting is that throughout the summer, Saylor had been either reducing its holdings or staying on the sidelines. Now it suddenly resumes buying—the signal is very straightforward: institutional confidence in the outlook has returned. As the publicly listed company with the largest Bitcoin hoard in the world, every move it makes is a bellwether.

My view is very direct: sustained accumulation at this scale provides real buy-side support for the short-term price action, and it can reignite market sentiment. But don’t interpret it as telling you to chase the price. Saylor is a very low-cost long-term player—it’s buying the next three to five years, not the next K-line.

For the crypto space, what’s truly worth pondering is this: even traditional institutions dare to add to their positions at this level, which suggests that consensus around the bottom is being rebuilt. A bull market isn’t shouted into existence—it’s built, one tranche at a time, with real money.
