Wingtech Technology (Shanghai:600745) rose as much as 3% in early trading after saying a court ordered the seizure, detention and freezing of assets worth RMB 2.14 billion held by Nexperia B.V. and Antec B.V. in its lawsuit against the Dutch Nexperia entities, according to ETNet.

The semiconductor maker, which is under delisting risk warning, said on Monday, August 31, that the ruling takes effect immediately. The case has not yet gone to trial, and Wingtech said the impact on its financial position, current-period profit and subsequent profit remains uncertain. It added that it will use all legal means to regain full control of Nexperia and protect investor interests.
