⚖️ Strategy just sent a letter of protest to MSCI over its proposal to remove companies from the global index.

MSCI is seeking feedback to redefine what counts as a “non-operating company” in order to exclude businesses that hold Bitcoin $BTC . Strategy argues that this classification is arbitrary—when a company has 1,500 employees and views Bitcoin as a core operating segment.

Why is this noteworthy?
It’s an attack on MSCI’s credibility—back in 2025, this organization had wanted to remove companies with more than 50% of their digital assets, but later withdrew that move.

Put simply:
The battle over whether Bitcoin deserves a place in traditional financial indexes is far from over.
