According to CNBC, OpenAI said ChatGPT Work, its enterprise AI agent, had been experiencing elevated errors and latency for about three hours, while Microsoft said it was having issues with Exchange Online. OpenAI said users across multiple subscription plans may have been unable to start or continue tasks in ChatGPT Work and that it was working on a mitigation. Microsoft said users may have experienced degraded functionality across various Exchange Online features and that it was reviewing service telemetry and diagnostic data to isolate the source of the issue. Downdetector showed more than 1,100 user reports for OpenAI products and nearly 4,600 for Microsoft Outlook shortly after 2:24 p.m. ET on Monday.
