👑“We’re Back”——the trumpet of the return of the king

On the weekend, Michael Saylor, Chairman of Strategy, posted a two-word tweet on the X platform—“We’re Back”—along with the company’s signature Bitcoin “orange dot” cumulative chart.

For market participants familiar with Saylor’s style, this isn’t a casual greeting. In the past, Saylor has posted brief hints on weekends several times, followed by formal disclosure of additional purchases on Monday. This time, the same script played out again—Strategy bought 4,603 Bitcoins for $369.7 million between August 24 and 30, at an average cost of $80,318. Total holdings rose from 840,447 BTC to 845,050 BTC, setting a new all-time high.

The strategic logic behind the numbers

Restarting purchases after nearly two months is definitely not a spur-of-the-moment impulse.

This past summer, Strategy did one thing: build up. The company raised roughly $5.1 billion in a reserve of dollars through common stock offerings, plus another cash pool of about $1.59 billion—bringing total liquidity to $6.71 billion. At the same time, its preferred stock STRC rebounded to $97–98, and the net leverage ratio fell to 0.0%. The financial structure has been cleared for the next round of offensives.

More importantly, as Bitcoin rebounded to around $80,000, Strategy’s overall holdings returned to a profitable territory for the first time in months. With a total value of approximately $65.9 billion for 84,505,0?$BTC BTC and unrealized profit of roughly $2.2 billion.

“The offensive period” has arrived—#MichaelSaylor暗示增持BTC

In July, Saylor said Strategy would continue accumulating Bitcoin during the 2026 bear market. He predicted that by 2036, the layers of digital capital, credit, and money would drive Bitcoin adoption. The long-term goal—holding 1 million BTC (4.76% of total supply)—has never changed.

From the “reinforcement period” to the “offensive period,” the message Saylor sent to the market with “We’re Back” is clear and powerful: the largest corporate Bitcoin holder is back.

Bitcoin never believes narratives—it only believes in those who bet with real money. 845,000+ BTC of holdings, $6.7 billion in ammunition, and a decade-long faith that never changes—these are the deepest answers Saylor gives to this market.
