On the enterprise software side, what’s been repriced recently isn’t “whether you can use AI,” but rather “who can truly embed AI into everyday workflows—and keep large companies paying continuously.” Once such a narrative takes hold, the market’s tolerance is much higher than for pure concepts. I’ll put $NOW into this category to watch.

As far as I understand, ServiceNow is mainly about enterprise processes, collaboration, and automation. The key feature of this space is that once customers put their internal workflows in, switching costs are usually not low, and product stickiness can be built relatively easily. The significance of AI here isn’t just adding a new feature; it’s to further improve efficiency for things that previously required manual handoffs. The market is now willing to “keep a seat” for companies that can get into budgets, retain users, and still add more modules upward.

The trading tape is also interesting. $NOW has a perpetual current price of 148.5, up 3.48% over 24 hours. The range is 140.0 to 148.97, which suggests funds are testing higher levels today. More importantly, the funding rate is still +0.0000%, so this move doesn’t look crowded—the long-side sentiment hasn’t overheated into distortion. Open interest is 9,467 contracts, and paired with a trading volume of 2.08M USDT, at least it indicates this isn’t a cold, illiquid line with no flow. On Binance, people are already trading it continuously.

I’m not chasing the price now. I’ll place an order around 144 to buy back on a pullback, opening a 3% position. The reason is simple: with this kind of stock, what I’m watching is whether institutions are willing to keep repricing it repeatedly, not whether it prints a bullish intraday candle. If later it only has headline hype and no sustained follow-through, a pullback in software names will come quickly—especially if the valuation is recalculated, volatility won’t be small. If it truly comes back near the highs and can’t break through on volume, I won’t add either.

I’m slightly bullish on this, but I’ll only trade it at levels that offer a pullback. $NOW #USStocks
