$TSLA What concerns me isn’t that this contract is sitting at the front of the US stock perpetuals gainers list—but that the funding rate is only +0.0166%, sentiment isn’t overheated, yet positions have already piled up to 115,394 contracts.

I usually take a second look at this kind of contrast.

After I finished revising the design drafts at night, the oden I bought at the convenience store went cold—I was still watching this market.

$TSLA Perpetual price is $361.05, up +2.69% over the past 24 hours. The high and low are between $362.22 and $345.72.

It’s not that kind of euphoric chart that shoots straight up in a single line. More like someone is willing to keep buying after pullbacks.

I’m bullish, but not because I want to chase the hype.

It’s because I feel that when the market is willing to award a “growth + narrative” premium again, this kind of asset is usually one of the first names people remember.

From what I understand, Tesla is roughly still in the direction spanning EVs, energy, and AI/automation imagination.

The trouble with a company like this is also right here—controversy is always big. But as long as industry sentiment warms up, its upside elasticity is often not small.

Another point that makes me comfortable: the trading volume is $60.74M USDT, which indicates it’s not like nobody is paying attention.

But the funding rate isn’t inflated to the point where it makes me panic. That’s way better than those charts where everyone crowds into the same side and it looks like they’re about to run out of breath.

Honestly, I’d rather see a situation where “there’s participation, but it hasn’t fully gone crazy.”

Of course, it’s not without variables.

This type of trade depends heavily on the market’s overall appetite for growth stocks, and it also depends on the news flow. Once external sentiment turns cold, volatility will be very obvious.

Also, it’s already near the 24-hour high right now. If you chase too quickly, people with a not-so-great mindset are easy to get thrown off the train. I’m the kind of person who loses a bit and then can’t sleep 😵‍💫

So my stance is very clear: I’m still leaning bullish, but I’m more inclined to wait for it to move more steadily before looking for opportunities, instead of getting carried away and pouncing on emotion.

This name is worth keeping an eye on in Binance TradFi and the perps alike. For now, I don’t want to easily go short on it. If I’m wrong and it goes against me, don’t cue me. If I’m right, treat me to a cup of coffee.$TSLA #USStocks
