BTC: a pause after a strong move
Bitcoin is holding near $78,500 after a pullback from a peak around $81,000. Right now, the key zone is $77,000–$78,000: holding it keeps the chance of a return to $80,000–$82,000.
At the same time, the macro picture has become more complex: expectations for a tighter Fed policy are rising, and geopolitical tensions are supporting volatility.
A positive factor is the recovery of capital inflows into spot BTC ETFs.
For the near term: BTC is more likely to stay in a consolidation mode. A breakout above $82,000 will open the way higher, while a loss of $77,000 will increase the risk of a move to $72,000–$74,000.
