50.17%!SKR is taking off today. To be honest, I didn’t expect this move to be this strong.

When I was checking the market, I saw this big bullish candle from SKR and literally rubbed my eyes… The 24h low at 0.009695 was pushed up to a high of 0.03486, with an intraday swing of over 250%. Trading volume was 879M USDT. That kind of liquidity is already top-tier among altcoins. Seeker, the one building a decentralized mobile ecosystem, has been sitting on my watchlist for a while. Last week I even complained to a friend that its “vision is too small,” and today it directly taught me a lesson—yeah, that’s me getting slapped.

Honestly, SKR’s current position is a bit awkward. The current price is 0.0231, right at the 53% mark of the 8-candle range. Below is 0.022, which has been repeatedly confirmed as support. Above is 0.03486, the 24h high. The most thought-provoking part is the funding rate: -0.1108%. Shorts are overheated to a ridiculous degree. What does that imply? A lot of people are betting on it to drop, but the price is still being pushed upward. The combo of a “negative funding rate + rising price” often suggests the shorts are holding the bid pressure. Once they’re forced to cover, there could be another squeeze move.

But if we talk about a short-term playbook, I’d rather wait for a pullback before entering. Around 0.022 is a relatively safer reference entry zone. Place the stop loss at 0.0195 (if it breaks below and can’t reclaim, then it means my view is wrong). First target: 0.028. The risk-reward is about 1:2.5. For the mid-term, we need to see whether it can hold above 0.022 and break through 0.03486 with volume. If it pushes higher on declining volume and leaves a long upper wick, be careful about a false breakout—don’t rush to chase.

The invalidation conditions are very clear: if it breaks below 0.0195 and volume expands, then this rally is just an emotion-driven impulse, the shorts’ counterattack has succeeded, and you should admit you’re wrong decisively.

Now let’s talk about HEMI: +36.52%. Current price is 0.0156. It’s already up at about the 80% level of the range, with volume at 2.2x the average. This coin is about a Bitcoin Layer-2 narrative—pretty decent story—but chasing it in the short term has considerable risk. It’s only about 7% away from the 24h high of 0.01689, and the RSI is very likely already overheated. I’m bullish, but I want to wait for a retest near 0.01364 before considering an entry. Stop loss: 0.0125. First target: 0.0165. RR is about 1:2. If it breaks above 0.01689 with strong volume and doesn’t pull back, that would signal strong continuation—but in that case I’d prefer to probe with a small position rather than go in heavy. It reminds me of last month when I chased a coin with a similar pattern and ended up buying near the top—everything I say more is just tears.

ZORA is up 34.68% today as well, with volume at 3.3x the average—strongest among these three. But the current price of 0.0092 is still 18% away from the 24h high of 0.01124, so the risk of a pullback after a spike isn’t small. My personal view: this kind of price-and-volume rising trend still has some momentum in the short term, but 0.01124 is hard resistance. When it gets there, if you see a long upper wick, reduce exposure.

A bullish reference range: buy on a pullback at 0.008854, stop loss at 0.008, target 0.0105. RR is about 1:2.5.

As for the broader market: BTC is holding around 78520, ETH is slightly down, and the Fear & Greed Index is 50—right in the middle, neither cold nor hot. In this environment, altcoins’ independent rallies often rely more on their own narratives and attention from capital rather than the market’s overall β.

BTR and MAGMA are down pretty badly today—one -45%, the other -36%. Yet the funding rate shows it’s normal. That suggests it’s mostly profit-taking and people escaping positions. Don’t rush to bottom-fish. (Last time I suffered a big loss was exactly because I saw the size of the drop and rushed in to catch a falling knife.)

To sum up my stance: sentiment is neutral to cautiously optimistic. You can participate, but don’t go too heavy on position sizing. Short-term opportunities for SKR and ZORA do exist, but I recommend waiting for a pullback or confirmation of the breakout before acting. Chasing is something you leave for others.

What do you all think—was this SKR move just emotion-driven hype, or is there real fundamental support? Comment below. I’ll grab a small seat and watch the show.
