What matters most for the Tectonic incident is not the alleged losses being circulated, but the fault radius.

Verification at 13:09 UTC+8 on August 31: the latest block on the Cronos public RPC is still at 90,907,150. The block time was 22:32:47 on August 30, which means it has not advanced for 14.6 hours.

The official has confirmed that the network has been paused. The counterparty requests that no interaction take place for now; the losses and the attack path still need to be reviewed.

My view: The ability of the RPC to respond does not mean the chain has recovered. The recovery line should be continuous block production, plus the official lifting the security warning.

If only block production is restored, but there is no security notice, would you interact? Give one reason.
