CMB Commercial REIT (1503) said it has completed the signed acquisition of CM+U Student Residence New Horizon in Hung Hom for an agreed property value of about HK$528.5 million, according to Ming Pao.

The transaction adds the student accommodation asset to the trust's portfolio.
