I’ve been watching Strategy’s activity on $BTC all day, and the more I look, the more I think there’s something to it. 840,000 BTC in unrealized profit—amounting to $2.8 billion—by itself is enough to act as a market sentiment barometer. More importantly, Saylor posted something ambiguous yet strongly suggestive. Knowing his habits, I find it hard not to suspect he’s laying the groundwork for further accumulation. With an institution at this scale, they wouldn’t be satisfied with just book profits; what matters is holding the chips firmly and in full. Looking back, Strategy has repeatedly made moves during pullbacks or sideways trading—not when emotions are at their peak and people are chasing. If it really buys this time, it’s more like stamping the bottom region for BTC. So I don’t really believe this is likely to see a deep drop; the cost basis line and patience of big money are far tougher than what retail investors can withstand. Even if Saylor is only posturing, the expectation that institutions will keep buying is enough to prop up sentiment. Next, I’ll closely monitor on-chain anomalies. The moment I see a run of large consecutive buy orders, I’d rather follow the trend than try to guess the top against it.
