🚨 Bitcoin moves away from Nasdaq and draws closer to gold! ₿🪙

According to Grayscale, Bitcoin’s relationship with the markets has shifted noticeably over the past 90 days:

📉 BTC’s correlation with the Nasdaq 100 fell from more than 60% to around 33%.

📈 Meanwhile, Bitcoin’s correlation with gold rose to more than 50%.

Grayscale believes this shift may indicate a return of investors’ focus on different characteristics of Bitcoin, above all:

🔹 Scarcity and limited supply at 21 million BTC
🔹 Its use as a store of value
🔹 Viewing it as a potential hedge against the erosion of value from fiat currency “debasement”

In other words, Bitcoin is currently moving less like a high-risk technology asset, and more like a rare monetary asset—one that behaves closer to the story of “digital gold.”

⚠️ Correlations are constantly changing, and 90-day data alone doesn’t prove a permanent shift.

🔥 But continued BTC drifting away from Nasdaq and getting closer to gold could be an important signal: the market is re-pricing Bitcoin’s “identity” itself.
