WINKLINK’s use of a prediction oracle on the TRON chain in the tokenization of premium hotel revenue rights (RWA) and automated profit distribution

In commercial real estate and the tourism & culture industry, boutique hotels and upscale resorts have extremely stable cash-flow income, making them an excellent target for real-world asset tokenization (Real-World Assets, RWA). By splitting and minting a hotel project’s future operating revenue rights into tokens on the TRON chain, hotel developers can raise funds from global Web3 investors at a lower financing cost. Investors, in turn, can overcome the high barriers of traditional real estate investing and share in the cash-flow earnings generated by daily hotel operations. However, the core pain point of tokenizing real estate revenue rights lies in the lack of transparency in offline operating financial data. If investors cannot verify in real time and independently the hotel’s actual occupancy rate, average room revenue (RevPAR), and daily operating costs, the project is highly likely to face risks of financial cheating and hidden earnings.

WINkLink has built a transparent, decentralized operational data auditing channel for tokenizing boutique hotel revenue rights on the TRON chain. WINkLink nodes can, through secure encrypted APIs, directly integrate with commonly used property management system (PMS) APIs, online travel agency (OTA) booking platform APIs, smart door-lock check-in status sensors, and POS terminal settlement invoices. WINkLink’s decentralized oracle network aggregates and cross-validates—off-chain—the hotel’s daily total room revenue, food & beverage and ancillary service revenue, occupancy rate, and property maintenance expenses, and uploads the calculated daily Net Operating Income (NOI) metric to the TRON chain in real time.
