The four-hour structure line moved pretty cleanly; the price repeatedly hammered out within a narrow range, and volatility has been compressed to extremely low levels. This kind of state won’t last for too long. We all know that before a breakout, the market loves to play mind games, but this time the volume rhythm and indicator positioning both show that the bullish run hasn’t finished yet.
The short-term momentum indicator is just above fifty—still far from overheating. The upside space has been opened up. Although the daily chart is ranging, the four-hour chart has already revealed directional cues. This “small timeframe drives the bigger timeframe” script has repeated too many times in the crypto market. My view is that this current area is a reasonable spot to set up long positions. The stop-loss protection below is clearly defined, and the take-profit targets step upward gradually—so the risk-reward ratio is attractive.
As long as the structure doesn’t break, I’ll hold on to this trend.
