Charles Schwab Goes All In! SOL, AVAX, and LINK to Be Added to Traditional Finance Giant’s Trading Platform!

Another Wall Street giant is reaching into the crypto market!
Charles Schwab announced that over the coming months it will add SOL, AVAX, and LINK trading on Schwab Crypto.

That means:
SOL (Solana)
AVAX (Avalanche)
LINK (Chainlink)

will all enter Schwab’s crypto trading ecosystem.

And Schwab already lets customers trade directly today:
BTC + ETH.

The thing truly worth paying attention to isn’t how much these three coins can jump in the short term.
It’s this:
Traditional finance is actively “listing” crypto assets.
Schwab currently has about 39.9 million active brokerage accounts, with customer assets totaling more than $1.3 trillion.

Of course, that doesn’t mean all 39.9 million accounts will buy SOL.

But imagine this:
Previously, if a typical U.S. retail investor wanted to buy SOL, they might have to register with a crypto exchange.
In the future, they can configure it directly within the Schwab ecosystem they already know.
The investment barrier is being lowered even further.
And Schwab hasn’t stopped at BTC and ETH.

This time, its direct picks are:
SOL
AVAX
LINK

This shows that traditional financial institutions are gradually moving from “accepting only BTC” toward:
BTC → ETH → major Layer-1 networks → infrastructure assets

Even more interesting is that Schwab previously offered crypto futures trading—such as BTC, ETH, SOL, and XRP—through thinkorswim.
So this may be just the beginning.
If, going forward, more large brokers and banks continue to open trading for mainstream crypto assets,

then the biggest change in the crypto market might not be:
“How much new money has entered the coin world.”

Instead, it could be:
“The boundary between the crypto world and traditional finance is becoming increasingly blurry.”

The fact that Schwab selected SOL, AVAX, and LINK this time is, by itself, a signal that’s well worth watching.
