Today, volatility in the crypto market has clearly intensified.

According to the latest data, in the past 24 hours the liquidation amount in the crypto futures market was about $424 million, including approximately $173 million in BTC, about $98.52 million in ETH, and about $25.35 million in SOL.

This type of market often leads to one situation:

Spot investors feel, “A little dip isn’t a big deal,” while contract (futures) traders have already been directly wiped out by the market.

So right now, I actually recommend that everyone reduce leverage.

Especially after BTC has gone through a round of rapid上涨 (surge), a large number of high-leverage positions have accumulated in the market.

When the market becomes truly dangerous, it’s often not a slow bleed, but rather:

A sudden price spike downward (a needle-like drop) → liquidations → panic in sentiment → continued cascading sell-offs.

So next, if BTC sees a quick sell-off, I’d rather first observe whether there’s clear panic selling, instead of immediately chasing a short position.

In trading, staying alive matters more than predicting every single candlestick.

Risk warning: Contracts are high-risk. Strictly control position size and leverage.
