📚 Lesson 8 of 50

❓ How do you evaluate a crypto project before putting in a penny?

Thousands of coins in the market—and most of them aren’t worth your time. These questions sort the serious from the jokes:

1️⃣ What problem does it solve? If you can’t explain its use in one sentence to your friend—then there’s probably no real use. “It will go up” is not a use.

2️⃣ Is anyone actually using it? Look for numbers: daily transactions, active users, and working apps built on it.

3️⃣ Who’s behind it? A known team with names and history, or anonymous accounts? Anonymous isn’t necessarily a scam—but accountability is harder.

4️⃣ Tokenomics—most important one: What is the final supply? How much are the team and early investors holding? Are there any frozen tokens—when will they be unlocked? A big unlock soon = new supply hitting the market.

5️⃣ What’s the community talking about? Technical discussion and real use = good sign. If it’s all about price talk = risk.

Apply these to any coin you present in “Every Day a Coin”—and you’ll evaluate like a pro.

📌 Summary: Ask: What problem does it solve? Who is actually using it? Who’s behind it? And how are the tokens distributed?—If the answer is weak enough, it’s enough to dismiss it.
