$PROM The whale loosened the last string of the bulls; on this trade, I pressed the short side until it’s dead. In the big-house accounts, fewer than half of the longs have turned back to look downward; the net long position on the position side is thin as if it were just a shell—what’s even more striking is that throughout the whole market, the accounts are bolder than the whale itself, and the ones hoisting the flag never get to be the big accounts. On the spot leverage side, the long/short ratio keeps propping up like they’re trying to ram it higher by three-digit numbers; the deeper you squeeze, the faster it collapses.
