Today, if we only look at CHIP’s current price of $0.04064, the information is actually not enough. Put it back into its activity range of $0.0392 to $0.049, and the sense of position will be much clearer. Near the edges there’s a boundary; in the middle area, more is patience. For now, I choose to keep watching.
