As the price pushes up near the previous high, there are no signs of sustained follow-through from the buy side—instead, it forms sluggish movement at the high levels. On the four-hour timeframe, each time it spikes higher, it gets pushed back. This kind of repeated resistance-testing pattern often means it’s building up power for a downside move.
My main bearish logic is simple: the rebound lacks confirmation from incremental capital, while the sell pressure above is real and substantial.
Since the price keeps stalling at key levels, the risk-reward ratio for setting up short positions here is very clear. In the short term, if it breaks below the lower edge of the current consolidation range, the downside room will open further. Just don’t chase longs at the resistance level.
