A few days ago we talked about a forgotten privacy coin jumping 48% purely on ETF filing buzz, before the ETF even existed. That buzz just became real.

Grayscale officially launched the Zcash ETF today, ticker ZCSH, on NYSE Arca. It's the first spot ETF anywhere in the world offering direct exposure to Zcash.

Here's the part that actually matters more than the launch itself. Grayscale is arguing Zcash could genuinely challenge Bitcoin's network effects as financial privacy becomes a bigger deal going forward. That's a bold statement coming from the same firm that runs the largest Bitcoin trust on the planet.

All of this is happening while Bitcoin just resettled above $80,000 again, on its ninth straight day of ETF inflows. So this isn't privacy coins rising because Bitcoin is weak. It's happening at the exact same time Bitcoin is strong.

Real question forming here. Is privacy becoming crypto's next real narrative, or is this just Grayscale talking up their newest product? 👇

Not financial advice. DYOR.
