$ONG A new friend asked about fees, so here’s a unified answer. In the top-right corner of the order creation page, a negative number means shorts pay a certain fee to longs; a positive number means longs pay shorts instead. The rate is the percentage shown—for example, 0.12%. A value of 1 means the fee is collected once every hour. For instance, if you open a long position worth 1000U, you will automatically receive 1.2U in fees each hour. In extreme cases, it can go up to 2%, meaning you could receive 20U in fees per hour. Note that a 1000U position is just 10x leverage * 100U principal. Many people can easily reach 10,000U when opening positions, and this is why small accounts like to chase copycat platforms—fees plus profit can make the account grow very quickly.
